ProHomes Vendor app for iPhone and iPad

ProHomes’ secure, cloud-based platform makes landlording easier.

This Vendor Portal is a free extension to main ProHomes app which simplifies and streamlines the invoice submission process for service providers of any kind such as plumbers, painters, carpet layers, electricians, roofers and landscapers.

Vendors quickly log in, enter the critical details and via their phone’s camera or from their pc, easily upload receipts, signed work orders, pictures and more. With a simple Submit, the invoice and supporting documentation is in the landlord/manager’s ProHomes Activity Log and they are notified via text and email.

Vendors save time, postage, and the hassles related to making sure their clients got the invoice.

Landlord managers will be able to review on the run and securely store the data for future use.

Thanks to the robust database of the ProHomes platform, each invoice is attached to the Owner, his Unit, any PO number or requestor information, plus a comparison to the invoiced amount versus any previous “Not to Exceed” or estimate provided.
